Formatting Text - Changing Font, Color, Style and Size

Changing text color:

1. Click on the textbox to open the Text panel.

2. Click Edit Text.

 

3. Highlight the text you need to change the font color and click the Text Color button from the text editor toolbar.

 

4. Select the new font color.

 

5. When ready, click anywhere outside the textbox to close the text editor toolbar.

Changes are auto-saved and will apply automatically. 


Changing text font:

1. Highlight the text you need to change the font and click the Font button from the text editor toolbar.

2. Select the new font from the Font drop-down menu.

3. When ready, click anywhere outside the textbox to close the text editor toolbar.

Changes are auto-saved and will apply automatically. 


Changing font size:

1. Highlight the text you need to change the font size and click the Size button from the text editor toolbar.

2. Select the new size from the Font Size drop-down menu.

3. When ready, click anywhere outside the textbox to close the text editor toolbar.

Changes are auto-saved and will apply automatically. 

 

Changing font style:

1. Highlight the text you need to change the font style. 

2. Select the new font style from the text editor toolbar.

  • Bold - make the selected text bold
  • Italics - italicize the selected text
  • Underline - underline the select text
  • Strike through - draw a line through the middle of the selected text
  • Subscript – create small letters below the text baseline
  • Superscript – create small letters above the line of text

3. When ready, click anywhere outside the textbox to close the text editor toolbar.

Changes are auto-saved and will apply automatically.
