Article - Accepting Payments Online

Our product catalog application is integrated with PayPal® - your online payments are processed by PayPal and no payment information is stored on your website. This setup ensures maximum security and privacy. 

PayPal lets you accept online payments from  customers with or without PayPal accounts. In other words, your customers do not need a PayPal account – they can pay you with their credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) without having a PayPal account.


To accept payment online:

1. Click on Product Catalog Settings on your catalog page. This will open the Product Catalog Settings panel.

 

2. Under E-Commerce Options, check the PayPal option.

 

3. Enter your PayPal account email in the PayPal Account Email field.This information is required so that PayPal knows which account it needs to send the purchase transaction.

4. When ready, click Done.


When your customer clicks Checkout on your catalog page, they will be redirected to PayPal where they will be given the payment amount and will be asked to enter their payment/credit card information. All payment information is submitted to and processed by PayPal®. No payment information will be stored on your Website.com account or website.
